Assist with the placement of new work opportunities to effectively balance capacity utilization across the network. Provide general sales support to Sales Directors (SD's), Account Executives (AEs) and Regional Account Managers (RAMs) for business development activities. Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotes for new business opportunities. Work closely with management on pricing strategies and price trend analysis for the region. Responsible for monitoring pending pricing and quotes and will drive follow-up with the sales team and clients. Compile and interpret Bid Activity Report. Primarily responsible for incoming cold calls regarding business development activities within the region, coordinating with sales teams and processing requests. Provide administrative support to assigned SD region. Support the sales team and Project Management Group in responding to client needs in any way required. Facilitate client conflict resolution when issues are raised to a level beyond the Project Management staff. Attend or represent house accounts at Business Team meetings and conference calls as required. Compile and interpret receipts forecast to show near term business trends. Work closely with RAMs to facilitate leads, inquiries and quote generation. Monitor current accounts receivable status by AE and Project Manager and assign action items to aging accounts. Work in conjunction with marketing and SDs for follow-up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, webinars and direct mail. Liaison to sales and marketing teams to coordinate pre and post follow-up business development activities from tradeshows and conventions. Will use sales CRM tool as primary system for documenting and tracking all business development activities. Will participate and be a part of all training and development activities to support customer base and sales teams in region. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.We anticipate the salary range to be $134,141.25to $240,149.50. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
