Essential Job Functions: Lead technical accounting expert for the US Distribution team.  Responsible for detailed analysis and preparation of complex journal entries: Percentage of Completion, Cost of Sales Accrual, Intercompany Transactions, and Revenue Recognition.            Leads the US Distribution control environment. Main contract for policies and procedures. Manages ERP approval workflows and interfaces with IT.  Fulfills internal and external audit documentation requests.           Prepares regular and ad-hoc analysis for the Finance director or VP/GM of the business unit.  Prepares key account reconciliations.   Develop tracking, reporting, and revenue recognition processes for new product offerings. Job Requirements/Working Conditions: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with a minimum of 1 year accounting experience required.  Experience in public accounting preferred.        Experience in technical accounting topics in US GAAP.  CPA preferred.                                  Must be willing to learn, take ownership of projects & processes, and be a strong communicator. Should be able to influence others without a direct reporting relationship and work independently to research technical accounting topics.
