Maintains a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, repair parts, supplies, etc. Structural maintenance and troubleshooting of TMA computer system. Emergency generator record keeping. Monitors usage of fleet for reporting, compliance, industry recalls, and for future forecasting. Develops a budget to support fleet and fleet maintenance. Researches and makes recommendations on future fleet and equipment purchases. Purchase repair parts and supplies. Negotiates on behalf of University with contractors and mechanics for cost of repairs performed elsewhere.
