Approve civil engineering design criteria, specifications, and standards, and adopt, and or verify that, these codes, standards, and regulations are followed in designs. Conduct technical reviews and approve vendor documentation, purchase requisitions, price inquiries, and prepare Letter of Recommendations for civil engineering scopes. QUALIFICATIONS Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field (master's degree preferred).
