Review reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets and other reports detailing operational status Keep current and accurate rental contracts, inspection reports, and insurance certificates for every piece of equipment on rent. Responsible for arranging the fleet movement with customers and with other Rental Centers. Manage personnel matters Will assist with managing each direct report's workload and hours worked weekly. Will individually perform annual performance reviews for each staff member assigned to their location. Responsible for inventory control and reporting:    o Parts used internally    o Shipments in and out    o Quarterly and yearly inventory counts (or other cycle counts as required)    o Proper receiving and bin locating of parts    o Ensuring all parts used and sent with rentals are properly tracked    o Proper documentation of parts and accessories sold Control and reduce shrink at the location. Be accessible to customers after hours and on weekends or holidays. Responsible for compliance with State and Federal OSHA, and the safe maintenance of all equipment used at the facility. Have exceptional communication skills and will complete a monthly report detailing the activities of the location and the competition.  Understand and communicate the location's results against Key Performance Indicators. Communicate equipment quality and/or operational issues to appropriate departments within Jetstream. Develop and maintain strong relationships with various internal departments in order to facilitate rental needs. Leverage vendor relationships and the purchasing department in order to provide the most cost-effective solution for standard external parts and service. Sustain a rental equipment maintenance program that encompasses periodic maintenance expectations, service schedules, and work order documentation processes. This person will have the ability to multitask while still delivering superior customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role will be expected to use analytical approaches with data in order to assess all aspects of the rental business discussed herein, but not limited to, in order to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
