Primary Function The Ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the project development process for public transportation projects. The candidate must have final design experience that implements design standards for multiple agencies, experience in roadway modeling, and the ability to lead a design team. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Experience in developing scoping documents, proposal writing, and business development are a plus.
