We is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and manage our company's payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in payroll processing with at least 2 in a supervisory/management role, and come with a strong understanding of payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality and integrity. Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including but not limited to, payroll processing, tax compliance, and benefits administration. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees, including salary payments, deductions, and bonuses. Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment of payroll processes with overall business objectives. Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements and implement necessary changes to ensure adherence. Handle payroll inquiries and issues from employees, providing timely and effective resolution. Generate payroll reports and analytics to support business decision-making and financial reporting. Lead and mentor the payroll team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development. About you You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. You have at least 7 years of progressive experience in payroll, with at least 2 years of experience managing/supervising a team, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You possess strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. You have hands-on experience with payroll software/systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity) and proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. You have excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality. You have communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You are a proven leader with the ability to mentor and develop a team. If you possess a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation, that is a plus! If you have experience with implementing a payroll system, that is a plus! Benefits The expected salary range for this role is between $125,000 and $155,000. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate's experience and skills.
