This role will handle large data sets and build complex models.With opportunity to grow within the role, a candidate selected can expect to have a strategic influence on business decisions, and get hands-on experience and learning within a supportive environment.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESReporting of financial and operating metrics, including sales, margin, and customer data, providing explanations of performance.Provide explanations of performance against budget and highlight future risks and opportunities.Work with other areas of the business to provide regular and on-demand forecasts.Provide Marketing teams with analytical support of campaign activity and subscription performance. Work closely with other Finance team members to ensure alignment to management accounts/reporting. As an IT Support Specialist at RightClick Professional Services LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to address a wide range of IT issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in the following technical areas:Key Responsibilities: Servers Support: Provide support for bare metal servers, Hyper-V, and VMWare virtualization technologies. Troubleshoot and maintain server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Windows Server Technologies: Proficiency in Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, IIS, MSSQL, and MYSQL. Ensure the stability and security of Windows server environments.M365 Experience: Experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including but not limited to Exchange, Defender, Purview, Teams, and Intune (a plus).
