The person hired will directly report to the TNPRC Director and Chief Academic Officer and will work closely with the Chief Diversity Officer and the School of Medicine Assistant Dean of EDI. The TNPRC EDI Assistant Director will also assist in the preparation of reports which includes statistical, demographic, and subject matter data related to EDI trends, including preparing such figures and data for widespread publication and distribution. The TNPRC EDI Assistant Director leads, collaborates, and supports EDI initiatives supporting BIPOC and other underrepresented and underserved communities: LGBTQ+, disability, social class, international, veterans, religious minorities, and other intersectional identities and lived experiences.
