MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, preferably within general contracting.Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.Understanding of project scheduling and sequencing.Familiarity with LEED principles and sustainable construction practices (preferred but not required).
