  Assistant Property Manager Location: Amber Woods - Indianapolis, Indiana Primary Responsibilities   Greets prospective residents, demonstrates the community and performs leasing duties as needed Assists with prospective resident screenings and move-in/move-out processes Maintains accurate resident records. Posts and maintains daily record keeping for rents, deposits, and application fees received from applicants and residents.
