The projects will be primarily Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical system projects. The term ship, as used here, includes craft, boats, submarines, surface ships, and aircraft carriers, commissioned US Navy and Coast Guard ships, decommissioned or decommissioning ships, MSC, foreign military, and commercial ships.
