What you’ll be doing: This position is responsible for reviewing and coordinating pricing to new and existing clients within all of TTEC’s segments with a primary focus on advising Sales, Finance and Operational leadership on details related to Contact Center or BPO pricing. This position will also assist in special projects, which includes developing new pricing methodologies, documenting deal terms, financial analysis, etc. Additionally, the Senior Pricing Analyst plays a key role in the support of business leaders by providing analysis and context on proposed deals resulting in great exposure to our Senior Vice Presidents and Executive Committee. The Senior Pricing Analyst is also expected to be confident to make recommendations on pricing inputs, pricing approaches, and strategies that help TTEC secure profitable business. What you’ll bring to us: Provide and review pricing across all segments to ensure that pricing is timely, accurate and complete and meets the needs of the external B2B customer - profitably. Continuous development and refinement of pricing models to provide insight to the business and competitive pricing for clients.Clearly define risks and opportunities within deal structures so that business leaders can make informed decisions. Monitor pricing outcomes to actual results, industry trends, and integrate learning into pricing strategy and methodology. Member of cross functional teams of Sales, Sales Solutions, Human Capital, Operations and Technology to drive the best result for the client and the business.Drive pricing improvements that incorporate multiple element solutions and solutions across all business units. What skills you’ll need: BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering preferredExperienced financial professional with 5+ years of financial analysis experience, including financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting or experience demonstrating strong data modeling and analytical experience.Experience in contact center outsourcing or labor arbitrage preferred. Experience with B2B technologies, business services, and/or outsourcing is useful.Candidate must have demonstrated experience interacting with all levels of management.Must be comfortable with the use of technology to solve business problems, including a very strong understanding of MS Excel tables and formulas and the use of web-based systems. We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background.We are looking for a Customer Intelligence Analyst who will: You will report to the Customer Relationship Manager Lead and will be providing key data reports on a defined schedule to applicable Forte teams related to customer intelligence.Design and develop customer surveys, forms, PowerPoint presentations, communication for upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and applicable distribution lists.Leverage key data gathered through customer surveys, Business Reviews, product usage, and ticketing systems to create recommendations and action plans that can improve the customer experience.Conduct research and deep dive analysis to understand customer trends, anomalies, and insights that will help drive operational improvements and increase customer retention.Create benchmarks and manage KPIs to show progress related to customer data and implement action plans.Communicate and share research findings through presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries.Respond to unique business opportunities by analyzing existing feedback or developing new feedback sources.Engage stakeholders to ensure customer feedback factors into processes and system design.Assist in Managing projects for the Relationship Management Team and keep the Team and department leaders informed of any obstacles, milestones, and subsequent plans impacting agreed-upon outcomes.Participate in Forte Product roadmap sessions to assist with defining and advocating the needs for future product offerings based on customer feedback.Gaining a deep understanding of Forte products and customer use cases is necessary to create recommendations for improvements.Provide guidance on design and approach based on customer feedback. Creates and executes project work plans and revises, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements. Produce architecture blueprints that guide the development and implementation of Cloud solutions across multiple products, providing direction to technical teams during project delivery and ensuring implementations support technology and product roadmaps. The Cloud Solutions Architect provides their expertise in the development and maintenance of architecture standards and solutions that align with strategic goals and partner with product managers, business analysts, designers, and software engineers to navigate solution decisions.
