In this role, you will be responsible for challenging and optimizing performance on a multi-country/regional scale. Your main objective will be to standardize and deploy exemplary practices in Schneider Production System animation, continuous improvement, best practices deployment, and standards design. You will also play a vital role in training and coaching teams to ensure sustainability and promoting the use of Smart and Digital solutions to support supply chain performance improvement. Key Responsibilities: Challenge and optimize performance across multiple countries/regions within the supply chain. Standardize and deploy exemplary practices in Schenider Production Systems animation, continuous improvement, best practices deployment, and standards design. Train and coach teams to ensure the sustainability of performance improvement initiatives. Promote and utilize necessary Smart and Digital solutions to support supply chain performance improvement. Identify and quantify potential opportunities for improvement in global supply chain performance. Optimize physical and information flows, surfaces, lead time, direct labor, and equipment efficiency through lean diagnosis, DMAIC, Kaizen events, Lean Office diagnosis, and other methodologies. Challenge and contribute to a shared improvement roadmap with entities to achieve targets. Support entities in areas such as safety, Customer Service and Quality (process robustness), delivery, Supply Chain deployment, and Human Resources competencies. Participate in the decision-making process for investments related to new product introduction, capacity, kaizen, etc. Challenge and support entities to co-deliver targets related to , lead time, organizational efficiency, internal process capacity, and on-time delivery. Act as a cross-functional facilitator, collaborating with high-level process owners and sponsors. Lead specific events if there is a lack of competency in the entity and Supply Chain Performance Leader. Travel expectations 25%-50%.
