Turn off unnecessary lights; close windows; open, close, and secure doors; and check safes vaults, cabinets, and security doors, if possible. Annotate and make notifications of discrepancies found. Observe and enforce building regulations and \"General Services Administration Rules and Regulations Governing Public Buildings and Grounds\" as appropriate.
