Reporting to the Director of Training Programs and Communications, the Assistant Director will oversee a portfolio of CHeSS-sponsored programs with a high degree of independence and support the design, day-to-day administration, and quality improvement for new and existing initiatives, which include federally and privately funded research training programs that target trainees at the undergraduate, postbaccalaureate, predoc, postdoc, and junior faculty levels.
