Pricing Analyst

Description: The Pricing Analyst position will support the Pricing Department by reviewing, analyzing, updating and presenting information pertaining to Amneal's products taking in account market shares and corporate strategies for growth. This position will act as a liaison between the Pricing Department and various other departments, including Sales, Legal and Finance, to ensure information is accurate and shared with those who need to have information. Essential Functions: Assist Managers and Directors in gathering data, monitoring performance and preparing financial analysts in support of the cross-functional joint account planning process for assigned customer segments and accounts. Develops and prepares pricing models and corresponding account proposals ensuring they are complete in accordance with defined service levels in order to meet internal and external customer time lines. Adheres to operational procedures to secure reliable data and prepare pricing scenarios utilizing established models for purposes of developing and analyzing account proposals related to products and services for his or her assigned customer segments and accounts. Knowledge and understanding of the systems, data, reports and operational processes that is critical to developing account proposals and executing contracts. Researches, audits and identifies customer and contract issues that may affect account planning, strategies and proposals. Assists in the development of formal RFP responses as necessary. Develops and maintains various reports; quarterly reports, monthly price/sales tracker, compliance tracker, etc Develops specific account knowledge and understanding of contractual terms and actual performance to assist Managers, Directors and Sales partners in developing and implementing account strategies, pricing alternatives and contract language. Knowledge and understanding of departmental data, business metrics and operational processes. Develops, summarizes and presents individual account proposals to senior leadership.
