Head of FX Product and Risk Management ("FX leader") is a highly visible leadership role within PayPal's Treasury function, overseeing all aspects of foreign exchange, including risk management, pricing, trading, and product support. FX leader will drive the design and execution of hedging programs to manage FX risk for the company, reducing earnings volatility from changes in FX rates. FX leader is also responsible for overseeing the FX trading activity to provide liquidity for cross border transactions and corporate flows supporting cash management.In addition, FX leader will collaborate closely with Product and Platform leaders to co-develop PayPal's Enterprise FX strategy and actively participate in a cross-functional team to deliver on that strategy including the strategic planning, prioritization, decisioning, and execution. The FX leader will also manage the team setting FX rates for PayPal products and delivering new rate experiences for customers.The FX leader will provide leadership in building and training a high performance, global team operating across multiple time zones.
