Job ResponsibilitiesMeets daily with project crews to review production schedule and confirm all materials, equipment and resources are readily available for production to continue on schedule and within budget.Collects, coordinates and analyzes shop drawings, design specifications, material requirements and project data through the duration of the project to ensure quality and contract specification compliance.Provides technical input for project work plan and scheduling. Identifying risk elements of production, materials, equipment or process that could negatively impact the budget or schedule.Check technical drawings for accuracy and coordinate with technical designers to execute and update.Receives and creates RFIs based on field issues or document discrepancies; reviews with the project team; and forwards to the design team.Reviews submittals for compliance with plans and specifications and other construction documents; marks, stamps, and transmits information to the Operation Team.Returns reviewed submittals and maintains log (tracking outstanding submittals, rejected submittals, etc.).Maintains well organized file (hard or electronic) of all submittals for reference throughout projectNotifies team members and managers of any significant Design changes and recommends solutions for management consideration.Perform additional assignments per management's direction.Reviews project specifications for quality assurance at the beginning of work, during the project work and after work is completed.
