Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback. Oversee all product development procedures to identify quality standards and specifications. Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis including presentations for executive management. Be a contributing team member of the Continuous Improvement efforts. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired:Bachelors in relevant field (experience may qualify). Three to five years of work experience in technology and manufacturing is preferred. ISO Auditor Certification desired. Extensive use of typical Quality tools such as Fishbone, 5 Whys, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Process Mapping, and others Extensive electro-mechanical product experience desired.
