Assembles and prepares data for reporting and analysis to assist the Performing Arts Ticket Office Manager. Supports programming and monitoring box office websites. Assists with providing direction to student employees. Works with other university departments to ensure all fiscal and inventory requirements are met, including audit, internal control, reporting, and loss prevention. Engages in community outreach to promote events as a university representative to the public. Performs other related duties as assigned.Other Specifications:Requires a comprehensive understanding of university infrastructure, policies, procedures, as well as thorough knowledge of live event operations, including ticketing-related hardware, software, and office systems.
