Act as a liaison between vendors and corporate teams whenever necessary.Ensure that projects are completed on time based on a timeline set with project sponsors.Utilize project management software using a predefined framework.Ensure project resources complete project tasks on time.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external sponsors, ensuring their expectations are managed effectively.Manage vendors and third-party contractors effectively as necessary.Actively monitor all projects and resources using KPIs.
