Job Duties Performs basic diagnostics and reports on agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products.Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and Competitive products.Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignmentsCompletes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignmentsAccounts for all time in the time keeping systems and for all material used in performing assigned duties.All other duties as assigned Job Requirements 1+ years of experience performing service repairsAbility to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual ProceduresProficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment.Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functionsAbility to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposesProficient oral and written communication skillsAbility to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedlyBasic Service Technician certification preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferredValid drivers license is requiredFork lift license preferred Ag-Pro provides a comprehensive range of benefits for all full-time positions that includes medical, dental, vision and a matching 401-K retirement plan along with a variety of other optional benefits.
