POSITION SUMMARY Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated large-scale projects. May be overseeing a single or multiple projects as the situation allows. POSITION SUMMARY Perform/support a range of power system and engineering studies (all voltage levels, from basic to the most complex). Perform/support a variety of Field and Customer activities including data collection, one-line revisions, and electrical system analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES Support all types of power system and/or supervise full range of complex engineering studies. Typically, will work with a Sr. Power Systems Engineer to support project scope. POSITION SUMMARY Integration engineers require a substantial amount of specialized expertise, including power system studies, software and hardware engineering, interface protocols, and general problem-solving skills. The problems to be solved have not been solved before, except in the broadest sense. Projects will include new and challenging problems with an input from a broad range of engineers where the system integration engineer "pulls it all together." POSITION SUMMARY Electrical Reliability Services (ERS) is looking for talented and experienced Senior Manager - Commissioning Operations to join our Commissioning Group. Partner with the Commissioning Group Leadership Team to plan strategies, provide quality service, training of personnel and provide support as necessary for attainment of goals and objectives. Timely and clear communication of projects and potential projects with Commissioning Group Leadership Team. Develops and executes all phases of the business growth plan. Develop and effectively manage all sales activities for the commissioning program, within budget and timelines to meet performance expectations and requirements. Develop long-range competitive strategy for the offering, including annual sales plans and operational improvements. Interface effectively and on a regular basis with the Commissioning Group Leadership Team to support and drive the program. Budgets and Proposals Manage sales and operations team to stay within budgets assigned. Assist in developing new budgets as required by Senior Management. Develop proposals, including estimate of man-hours and expenses, and development of scope and pricing. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Job Qualifications: Knowledge of ASHRAE commissioning industry standards and a Commissioning certification is preferred. Communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with clients and peers. Communicate technical or project related subjects accurately via email. POSITION SUMMARY Perform/support a range of power system and engineering studies (all voltage levels, from basic to the most complex). Perform/support a variety of Field and Customer activities including data collection, one-line revisions, and electrical system analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES Support all types of power system and/or supervise full range of complex engineering studies. Typically, will work with a Sr. Power Systems Engineer to support project scope. Perform short circuit analysis, protective device coordination and arc flash studies. Assist other engineers with all types of power system and engineering studies. Assist in gathering of field data and documentation as needed. Support full range of complex engineering studies including reliability, harmonics, load flow and reliability centered maintenance studies. Assist with the electrical power system documentation including system configuration, equipment ratings and settings. May support circuit and system measurements and help write reports relating to EMF, electrical load, voltage, and power quality projects. Assist in preparation of estimates and take-offs for engineering study project proposals. Gain a working knowledge of computer software and data utilized in the conduct of power system and engineering studies and arrange training to others as needed. Follow and assist in development of policy and procedures for conducting power system and engineering studies. QUALIFICATIONS Two years power system studies experience. Working knowledge in one or more of the analysis software platforms (SKM, ETAP and/or EasyPower) is required. Requires excellent verbal and writing skills to communicate effectively with clients, field engineers, peers, and management. Requires mature judgment, responsible for assigned projects. Requires high degree of organization skills. Requires sound grounding in electrical engineering. Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and night work.
