The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management, planning, coordination, and direction of multiple construction projects within budget, timeline, and scope.MUST be proficient in working in Project finances (Comfortable calculating costs and progress of a project) Work closely with the design team in the pre-development stage; provide input relating to construction techniques and best practices, provide value engineering ideas.Work with estimating team to understand scope, identify any scope gap, and ensure revisions are incorporated as needed. Understand material takeoff and track accordingly. Responsible for buyout process and selection of subcontractors and vendors. Review drawings and spec manual, determines and defines scope of work and deliverables. Issue and administer subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders. Provide buyout schedule and variance reporting.
