Tesla, Skype, Twitter, Hotmail, Robinhood, Coinbase, SpaceX are some of these names you might recognize.The RoleWe are looking for a Program Manager to execute all operations of our programs for startups, corporate and government partners, taking a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the programs' success. The Program Manager is directly responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all programs. You will be responsible for sourcing founders & builders, program design, marketing events, community building, curriculum planning, mentor scheduling, administrative duties and creating a great experience for all participants. This will involve regular communication and feedback from participants to learn and make improvements.Who You AreYou are a technology optimist and love startups. You have an entrepreneur's mindset, always learning, experimenting and striving for outsized outcomes. You are hyper organized and are able to juggle multiple priorities while getting the most important tasks done ahead of time. You have experience running programs for early stage startups.What you will be doingBe the face of and manage our relationships with government, corporate and other funding partners including designing curated experiences and eventsDeveloping a sourcing strategy and recruiting startups for partner programsOwn relationships with participants across our programs. You are the first point of contact responsible for ensuring they have all the resources they need to get the most out of the program.Hold intake interviews, exit interviews, and make sure all startups are on track to meet program goalsCoordinate with funding partners to understand requirements, adapt to any changes and update regularlyGrow ecosystem of mentors and investors to bring more value to the program.
