This critical role will help ensure consistency in the hiring process; starting from understanding Kleinfelder’s West Division near and long-term hiring needs, working with hiring managers and other stakeholders to create compelling job requisitions, partnering with our internal recruiting team to post requisitions and help with initial candidate screening, and circling back to the hiring managers to ensure that we are promptly evaluating exceptional candidates.
