Summary Under the direction of the CM Division Senior Controls Manager, the Project Controls Associate performs assignments relating to project forecasting, cost control, documentation, and monthly client reporting; Regularly participates in administration of contract and task orders including budget baseline, generation of cost proposals and pricing materials, and monitoring of financial performance, and subconsultant management; Effectively monitors and manages project within the designated accounting and management software tool (Deltek and WoPR) including review of project charges, staffing plans, work breakdown structure, subcontracts and master work agreements and other direct project cost;.
