Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Ensure efficiency of weighing trucks across scale. Monitor load sizes of trucks. Service all customer pick-up business. Credit card procedures i.e.: Required to receive and log credit card sales from C.O.D. sales, and gravel tickets. Required to balance credit card sales to ticket reporting. Daily balance required. Communicate with loader operator via two-way radio to accomplish the loading of customers. Greet and assist visitors entering yard. Ensure site specific safety rules are understood and followed. Attention to detail is imperative in selecting correct truck, product, project, and customer. Travel between various work site locations (local) as needed.
