The family-based team addresses complex family system issues with the goal of promoting family stability and decreasing risk of out of home placement. Treatment services, include individual, parent and family therapy, with the focus on the four pillars of ESFT; emotional regulation, parent-child attachment, parental executive functioning, co-care giver alliance. The treatment team works collaboratively with the family to develop monthly relational treatment plans. There is a case management component to increase stabilization within the family. This includes, but is not limited to: facilitating community integration, needs assessment and planning, service linkage and coordination, education and training, advocacy on behalf of the family. Provide phone crisis support to families receiving services. Phone support includes assessing safety and providing guidance and recommendations to increase safety. Supervision provided for three hours per week with team, group and Program Coordinator to enhance skills for the use of ESFT.
