JOB OVERVIEW:As the Solutions Design - Sr. Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our warehouse design and network optimization projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee new projects and drive the end-to-end design, development and solutioning of innovative solutions that enhance UNFI's capacity and network. Assess and optimize network capacity to support the growing demands of our customers and ensure seamless order fulfillment. Conduct comprehensive ROI analysis and develop business cases to support automation, operational flow, and network optimization projects. Present findings to internal stakeholder and leaders. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies in warehouse design, automation, and network optimization, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Lead brownfield and greenfield warehouse design projects, integrating various types of automation solutions to optimize operations and enhance productivity. Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse design projects and identifying areas for further improvement.
