A successful Senior Customer Success Specialist will be someone who can think "outside of the box" and work under pressure to exceed client expectations and develop client solutions.This role will require a qualified individual to work onsite three (3) days per week out of our New York City office.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and nurture a book of business, fostering strong relationships with both current and prospective clients Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and pitching new business ideasOversee projects & campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient turnaround of deliverables Enhance the SaaS customer experience across onboarding, support and account management stagesSupport the Sales Team by contributing to proposals and new business initiatives Monitor and improve KPIs related to customer success, aiming for scalability of processes and frameworks Perform additional duties as assignedJob Requirements2+ years experience in a digital marketing, client-facing roleHigh School diploma required.
