Manages warehouse-related supplier contracts and competitive bidding process for related goods and services.QualificationsSkills and experience:Three to five years of supply chain, distribution, or related business experience, preferred in an international NGO environment. General understanding of federal grants and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), specifically related to procurement and purchasing.Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business operations, warehouse and inventory control management, logistics, and procurement.Experience managing in-kind donations preferred.Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
