Pasek Security, a DH Pace Company, Inc., in Salem, New Hampshire is hiring Systems Integration Technicians to perform service of access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance and systems integration for our customers throughout Massachusetts, Southern New England, and New Hampshire.  Job Responsibilities: Installation of Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems Interact with Customers, Vendors, and other Contractors on-site to properly coordinate successful installations Acquire knowledge of products to be capable of pricing, marketing, and selling replacement products and repair parts Consistently seek and promote business opportunities for service, sales and preventative maintenance contracts Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions Standard work hours: Monday through Friday; 7:00am to 5:00pm with availability to work overtime when necessary Job Requirements:  Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude (e.g. works with a variety of hand and power tools such as drill, screwdriver, wire stripper, hacksaw, crimper) and ability to read blueprints and drawings; solid math skills Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required High School Diploma or GED preferred Why DH Pace? Manager, System Operations Support (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid role\.  The first three months arefull\-timein the office\. Plans, schedules, and manages the engineering and technical resources that develop and maintain the static and dynamic models associated with the Energy Management Systems \(EMS\) and the combined Transmission and Distribution System Control And Data Acquisition \(SCADA\) systems in support of real time NH System Operations \(ESCC and SOC\) consistent with NERC, NPCC, ISO\-NE, state regulations and any future RTO/ITC policies and procedures\. Develop and update procedures to track and prioritize tools development for System Operations\. Provides technical leadership, recognized as having technical expertise, elicits ideas for the solution of unique and/or complex engineering problems, and is accountable for major technical recommendations\. Directs and manages supervisors, engineers, technicians, and consultants and provides guidance as appropriate to other Transmission Planning and Distribution Project Teams\. Ensures participation and understanding of project economics, the ISO generation markets and the ISO generation pricing and their effects on the Eversource Transmission Business and its customers\. Ensures preparation of documents/testimony, written responses, and presentations and testimony for local, state and regulatory requirements and proceedings for all jurisdictions\. **Essential Functions:** + Assists with the establishment of, and monitors, goals, policies, plans, standards, performance objectives and budget for the operation of the Eversource power system\.+ Analyzes and recommends resource levels to plan, develop and implement policies and practices\. Monitors operating and financial objectives and ensures alignment with organization and corporate goals\.+ Responsible for operating support and maintenance of SCADA/EMS displays, and for coordination of outage applications with ISO/NE\.+ Communicates with internal and external stakeholders in regard to planned system conditions in relations to OT processes on EMS/DMS/SCADA/OMS, and SCADA front End servers\.+ Manages, selects, coaches and develops staff\. Implements programs to ensure employees possess technical and behavioral skills required to support operating plans\.+ Assists in the development and implementation of best practices to achieve efficient and effective transmission and distribution system operations and dispatch\.
