Leverage and enhance information dashboards, often via PowerBI.Support the implementation and maintenance of procurement systems and tools, such as Coupa, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.Support initiatives for increasing digitalization of Supply Chain functions, including development of a supplier portal.Identify and implement procurement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Conduct market research and benchmarking to understand latest trends and developments in the procurement field and potential impact to the business.Perform analysis for business requested applications and make recommendations to the business, for example solutions for RFx, Project Management, Spend Analytics, Contract Management, etc.Develop, conduct and coordinate end user training for applications.Develop early warning systems to proactively identify potential supply chain risks, and assist with business continuation planning and disaster recovery planning and testing.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Education/CertificationsBachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain or related field.Experience5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, operations management, supply chain, or business analysis.Skills/Abilities/CompetenciesStrong working knowledge of supply chain, purchasing, planning, and manufacturing processes and strategiesExperience with PowerBI or similar analytical tools to author KPI dashboards and other data visualizations; excellent MS Office skillsExperience with data analytics/reporting in an Oracle business system environment, data warehouse and Cognos preferredPower to BeAt Graco, the Power to Be means providing the support, resources and freedom to pave your own way.
