We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst and Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients. You will also serve as a technical lead, providing guidance and expertise to our development team.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom solutions using Dynamics CRM 365 platform, including but not limited to CRM and Power Platform applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Customize and extend CRM Dynamics 365 applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices and solution design.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM Dynamics 365 applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong Development fundamentals and significantly contribute to design, documentation, and integration of the Sitecore environment.
