Coordinator is responsible for developing, planning, and coordinating Simulations for the system. The Coordinator will provide for simulation related maintenance, repair and supplies for the system. The coordinator will partner with clinical experts to provide educational activities and simulation education which ensures competency. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Administration and Operations - Act as liaison for the system with manufacturers of the simulators and related technologies. - Maintain current knowledge of simulator capabilities, development, and scenario programming. - Oversee the creation and maintenance of a master simulation training schedule for the system. - Oversee the scheduling of instructors/trainers and personnel involved with all training /classes. - Leadership role in the initial and ongoing development of the APSC and CSL. - Monitor the daily operations of system simulators to ensure efficiency and effective utilization of resources. - Oversee and record the simulation costs for equipment and supplies for the system. - Develop and maintain all files related to simulation utilization for the system.
