About This Role:The Department of Interior Architecture and Industrial Design (IAID) at Kansas State University invites applications for a visiting faculty position for the academic year beginning August 2024. The appointment will be at the rank of visiting assistant professor. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to teach in design studios across the curriculum and integrate contemporary methods into their design studio teaching. The candidate should be able to develop courses and/ or teach in one or more of the following areas in the industrial design program: ID Studio Coursework (various levels), beginning design studies, professional practice, design theory, and 2/3D CAD modeling.
