Work Requirements The ideal candidate will: • Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. • Pass a pre-employment "Fit for Work" physical. • Be able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document. • Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors and the general public at all times. • Report to work at the designated start time. • Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required. Daily goal setting of preventive maintenance activities with KPI 2 and KPI 7 as metrics. Collaboration with maintenance planner to ensure proper levels of spare parts are procured and maintained. Collaborate with maintenance planner to ensure all equipment adheres to regulatory standards including air and water. Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate standards for waste and proper disposal including documentation. Lead annual audit interaction with KDHE and Factory Mutual. Collaboration with Production Manager and Operations Manager to utilize natural machine down times for maintenance activities, and schedule downtime. Develop annual/three year rolling capital plan. Capital project management using Finario. Collaborate with Davenport Engineering and outside Engineering resources. Ensure proper levels of training are maintained within the maintenance staff. Overall responsibility of the facilities loss prevention systems including security, fire, theft, closed circuit TV systems. Work with corporate resources and local electricians to maintain information technology systems including servers, desktops, laptops, barcode scanners, printers, CAT5, CAT6 and fiber optic cabling switches and routers and VOIP telephony systems. Overall responsibility for building, grounds, parking, drives maintenance. Overall responsibility for onsite contractors. Collaboration with peers to maintain AAC quality and safety culture.
