This role will be responsible for the full delivery and execution of a project within the infrastructure team. They are key partners with and collaborators with internal customers, acting as product managers in the development and delivery of new products and services and ensuring expectations and needs are met.ResponsibilitiesOwn the project lifecycle of medium and large technology infrastructure projects.Manage intake of new projects ensuring completeness of scope and requirements.Engage internal customers on current product effectiveness and future product desires.Collaborate with technical managers and teams to define high level milestones and detailed plans for the initiation, building, testing, deployment, and closure of projects.Create resource plans ensuring the infrastructure teams are engaged and time is allocated.Define product roadmap outlining the continued support, evolution of infrastructure products.Evangelize products to partners and customers.Build relationships with internal customers, keeping them informed and seeking feedback.Provide oral and written updates as needed to all stakeholders.Maintain appropriate detailed documentation.Technical SkillsStrong sense of ownership and responsibility for the outcomes of projects for both customers and internal teams.Project management experience in leading cross-functional teams in large-scale projects from conception through implementation.Understanding and experience with a product management and delivery mindset.A passion for relationship building across teams and technical areas.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to create and manage detailed plans using Excel and/or PowerPoint.Infrastructure knowledge and experience a plus.Ability to speak effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership regarding projects.High attention to detail.Provide thought leadership to help streamline work intake, planning, and reporting processes.Ability to work with internal and external customers to understand and discuss technical concepts, evaluate options, manage tradeoffs, and define a path forward.High focus on teamwork, partnership, and collaboration.Strong analytical and organizational skills.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline.5+ years of technical program management experience.PMP Certification a plus.Working Conditions: Normal office environment.ADA/EAA: The above statements cover what are generally believed to be principal and essential functions of this job.
