Pay - HIGHLY competitive, paid per assessment - dependent upon experience.Contract - ongoing (no end date)Schedule - PART TIME OR FULL TIME (2 to 7 days a week) - flexible schedules (can be made around another current position).All training and equipment are provided by the client.W2 position paid weekly.Overview:The provider will review and observe a member's current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks in about a 1-hour in-home visit.
