Director of Planning, Design, and Construction

Assists the physician in documenting notes and in doing orders and prescriptions by setting them up in the Electronic Medical Record. Provide professional, educational and clinical mentoring/resourcing to clerical and clinical staff, health care students per contract guidelines), other departments and external agencies as needed. Actively cross-train into related departments to provide required support as needed. Coordinate ancillary services such as diagnostic testing/imaging, hospital procedures and/or admission, additional patient visits, and acquisition of pertinent medical records. This includes necessary patient education, test result follow up with patient and physicians, and ongoing management as required.
