Provide leadership and direction on high-end commercial construction projectsMonitor construction through administrative direction of on-site and corporate staff to ensure project is built on schedule and within budgetWork with the Project team to develop a work plan, establish priorities and assign tasksCoordinate the preparation of the schedule and long term planningImplement, monitor, update and communicate the progress schedule and its periodic revisionsManage financial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, cost reports, rental equipment and expensesPerform the final review of internal items such as Cost Analysis, Monthly Billing, Master Cost Breakdown and Monthly ReportsManage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades and paymentsCreate and maintain a safe/secure job site environmentReview and approve drawings and samples prior to submissionTrain and develop the Project team and schedule project resourcesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. As our Account Manager in our Business Insurance Department, you will be a member of a 5-7 person unit team providing timely and quality handling of new business, renewal business and customer service needs for a large volume of complex accounts. You will work together with the service team, including Producer, Unit Manager, Account Executive, and Account Administrator to prepare and market submissions, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and check/correct policies, while also responding promptly to all client requests. You will demonstrate knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and risk management principles. You will consistently strive to make a positive contribution to customer satisfaction and model a superior commitment to client service. This position requires in-person interaction with in-office service teams, producers, and clients while also allowing for hybrid flexibility when needed.
