Opening/Closing, shipments, receipts, scheduling, floor coverage, website maintenanceCollaborate with manager in areas of risk management, store cash controls, inventory management.Understand and properly execute all management register functions. Solve related issues.Help plan & manage store budget.Collaborate with owner for deliveries, orders and shipments.Cross reference with owner to plan retail calendar.Manage store phone & email.Manage PR for loan in/outs if necessaryPlanning and forecasting for store and staff.Purchasing marketing, packaging and necessary products to ensure smooth functionality of the store & selling experienceStaff Recruitment and RetentionHire staff as needed and provide staff with store schedules.Organizes retail staff schedule, ensuring shifts are adequately covered.
