SUMMARYA client is seeking a maintenance administration and coordinator professional at their multi-building Bothell, WA campus to fill the role of MRO Coordinator. This multi-faceted position performs most of the data entry and data base administration activities, as well as other typical duties in support of facilities maintenance operations.QUALIFICATIONSAssociates degree in business/accounting or related; or high school diploma/GED with relevant years of experience working in an organization with similar office administration, record keeping, etc.Knowledge and proficiency within a CMMS/EAM or other work management/ticketing systemsKnowledge and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word); must be able to compile and manipulate data utilizing software for periodical and ad-hoc reports and distributeResponsibilitiesThe MRO Coordinator is primarily responsible for data entry and data management in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system in support of facilities maintenance management, as required.The MRO Coordinator may also be responsible for coordinating/scheduling contracted maintenance services with internal stakeholders and vendors.The MRO Coordinator will also perform general office duties such as answering phones, typing, filing, ordering maintenance parts and office supplies, and other related tasks for department manager, supervisors, and support personnel.Duties and responsibilities of this role are carried out within a framework of established policies, procedures and practices, and accountability to goals and decision-making relative to Facilities Management.
