Role Overview - Senior Tax Analyst: Join our client, a leading global investment firm, as a Senior Tax Analyst. Reporting to the International Director of Tax, you will play a critical role in managing income tax compliance for our client's foreign operations, supporting international tax compliance workstreams, and providing technical expertise on international tax matters Location: Boston, Massachusetts - Hybrid Responsibilities as the Senior Tax Analyst include: Managing income tax compliance for our client's foreign operations across multiple jurisdictions and various tax types Coordinating with accounting and tax service providers and local teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and controls Analyzing general ledger accounts to prepare monthly tax account roll forwards and reconciliations Preparing tax provisions, financial statement disclosures, and tax footnotes pursuant to ASC 740 and IFRS for non-client operating companies Researching and responding to requests related to tax audits and ad-hoc requests from taxing authorities Preparing and reviewing various tax forms and calculations (5471's, 8858's, foreign tax credits, subpart F, GILTI, BEAT) Handling US information reporting for our client's seed investments and reviewing related forms (8621's, 5471's) Assisting with ad hoc requests related to FATCA, foreign affiliate, and CbCR reporting Coordinating with HR, payroll manager, and outside tax advisors on our client's Global Mobility matters Qualifications of the Senior Tax Analyst include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education 5+ years of Tax-specific experience in public accounting, corporate tax department, or other equivalent experience Proficiency in US GAAP accounting for income taxes Strong business writing and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with various stakeholders Familiarity with OneSource Income Tax Compliance and Peoplesoft General Ledger applications (preferred) Juris Doctor, CPA, and/or Masters of Science in Taxation (preferred)
