The Staff Accountant/Financial Analyst will assist in establishing and maintaining departmental fiscal policies, procedures and programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Location: 136 Brookline Avenue, Boston, MA 02215This position is for a staff accountant who is proactive, can work independently and as part of a team, and who has a thirst for acquiring knowledge as it relates to the entire real estate investment, management, & development process. This role will work closely with numerous members of the Property Accounting team to support the group and provide lease administration and lease abstracting, accounts payable, detailed tracking, journal entries and financial analysis toward the goal of accurate and timely financial reporting over the company's real estate portfolio.
