About the OpportunityResponsible for the management of all aspects of the W.B. Tracking, reviewing and ensuring that all State, local and federal vehicle inspections are completed at the required intervals for both company owned fleet vehicles as well as our lease partnerships. This includes HUT, and other regulatory tax compliances. Travel as necessary to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies. This will include fleet inspections, warehouse inspections & MHE inspections. Conduct periodic on-site audits of warehouse and transportation safety programs to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant. Communicate effectively with regulatory agencies as well as internal and external customers as necessary.Develop and present relevant training to employees as needed.Continually monitor changes to state, local and federal regulations. As these regulations change, work with the Distribution team to update training and orientation accordingly.Managing and Analyzing budgets and expenses related to trucks, repairs, fuel, MHE, and all other aspects of W.B. Mason fleet.
