Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, including funds, partnerships, and corporate entities. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance. Conduct thorough research on tax laws, regulations, and rulings to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings. Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors to support tax planning initiatives and resolve complex tax issues. Provide guidance and support to the investment team and client accounting team on tax-related matters Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the firm's tax position and investment strategies Prepare and present tax-related reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or advanced degree (MST) preferred.
