Develop and report operating budget; Verify, process and maintain detailed reports of expenditures and chargebacks; Resolve billing issues. + Quickly and efficiently respond to maintenance and repair requests. + Coordinate all aspects of project implementation to include reviewing and maintaining current office equipment, physical space, and planning for future needs of all Exelon leased and owned buildings. + Establishment of external contacts to include: Seeking proposals, bid information, and other contract documents. + Coordinate with internal customers and external vendors on small capital projects at both current and new facilities. Updates key stakeholders as necessary. + Perform facility-related cost-benefit analyses to identify potential cost saving strategies. This would include comparing costs for various services and goods before choosing the best options for the facilities. + Represent the Facilities Department in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate communication and action between departments. + Coordinate the moving of employees from various office locations across the Exelon portfolio.
